观察了油田抽油机井破断油管断口部位的宏观形貌 ,并且在XTL -Ⅱ型体视显微镜和S -2 5 0 0型扫描电镜上分析了断口的微观形貌特征 .依据断口部位齿面和齿根的损伤及断口的源区和扩展区的疲劳特征 ,结合油管的加工、投放和运行工况 ,研究了油管疲劳断裂发生和发展的全过程 .结果表明 ,油管的几何尺寸精度、加工缺陷 ,尤其是油管的装配操作和在工作中承受的偏置应力是造成油管发生非正常疲劳断裂的主要原因 .
