各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产委员会:自2007年10月下旬以来,烟花爆竹事故频繁发生,其中较大、重大事故多发,烟花爆竹安全生产形势十分严峻。10-11月,全国共发生较大以上烟花爆竹事故12起、死亡86人。其中:重大事故4起、死亡54人,较大事故8起、死亡32人;非法生产事故8起、死亡55人。
Safety Production Commissions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: Since the end of October 2007, fireworks and firecrackers have occurred frequently, with large and serious accidents occurring and the safety and production situation of fireworks and firecrackers very grim. From October to November, a total of 12 fireworks and firecrackers were found in large numbers throughout the country, killing 86 people. Among them, 4 were major accidents, 54 were fatal, 8 were fatal, 32 were dead, 8 were unlawful and 8 were killed.
