目的应用胶体金固相免疫层析法检测风疹IgG抗体,并探讨其在流行病学分析中的应用价值。方法采用风疹抗原、羊抗人IgG抗体为原料,建立胶体金固相免疫层析法,对患者及健康人群进行检测,对结果与临床诊断意义进行分析。结果风疹IgG抗体检测中,不同年龄组风疹感染儿童IgG抗体阳性率有显著差异,不同月份感染儿童IgG抗体阳性率无显著差异;280例临床样本中,可见随着年龄的增长风疹IgG抗体阳性率也随之升高。结论胶体金固相免疫层析法检测风疹IgG抗体具有操作简便、反应快速、灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性高,无放射性及毒性危害且临床符合率高等特点,可作为风疹病毒感染诊断和疗效观察的良好指标。
Objective To detect rubella IgG antibody by colloidal gold solid-phase immunochromatography and to explore its application value in epidemiological analysis. Methods Rubella antigen and goat anti-human IgG antibody were used as raw materials to establish a colloidal gold solid-phase immunochromatographic assay for the detection of patients and healthy people. The results and clinical diagnostic significance were analyzed. Results In rubella IgG test, there was a significant difference in the positive rate of IgG antibodies in children with rubella infection in different age groups. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of IgG antibodies in children infected with rubella in different age groups. In 280 clinical samples, the positive rate of rubella IgG antibody increased with age Also will rise. Conclusion The colloidal gold solid-phase immunochromatographic assay for the detection of Rubella IgG has the advantages of simple operation, rapid response, high sensitivity, strong specificity, high stability, no radioactive and toxic hazards and high clinical compliance rates. It can be used as a diagnostic and diagnostic marker for rubella virus infection A good indicator of efficacy.
