本文基于工作过程导向的职业教育理念,以单兵系统技术专业为具体研究对象,从士官岗位需求分析着手,研究了士官岗位需求分析的原则、一般步骤和方法,士官课程体系构建的指导思想、方法,士官课程开发思路和过程等问题,通过探索工作过程导向的职业教育理念在士官培训方案改革中运用的一般性步骤、方法,构建了该专业的课程体系。工作过程导向的课程体系开发和行动导向的课程内容符合士官培训特点,可有效提高士官人才培养质量。
Based on the concept of work process-oriented vocational education, this paper, taking the single-soldier system major as the research object, starts with the analysis of the demand of non-commissioned officers and posts, analyzes the principle, general steps and methods of demand analysis of non-commissioned officers, the guiding ideology of non- Method, the development of noncommissioned officers and the process of development and other issues, through the exploration of the concept of work process-oriented vocational education in the reform of non-commissioned officers training programs to use the general steps and methods to build the professional curriculum system. The development of course system and the action-oriented course content oriented by work process are in line with the characteristics of non-commissioned officers training, which can effectively improve the quality of non-commissioned personnel training.
