目的探讨喉吸引旋切微创术的安全、精确、有效快速性能及在保留喉部结构完整及发音功能方面的特征。方法将特殊定制的喉吸引旋切刀应用于喉常见疾病的住院患者23例,在支撑喉内窥镜数字成像系统的监视下,用动力系统驱动喉吸引旋切刀切除喉部病灶,从而完成手术,并对手术前后的电子喉镜检查结果进行比较。结果全部手术时间较传统方法或者喉显微镜下手术明显缩短,手术视野始终保持清晰,切割范围小而精确,随访23例患者喉发音功能恢复良好或者保留了发音功能。结论在支持喉内窥镜数字成像系统监视下,喉吸引旋切技术简单、安全实用,在发音外科保留患者喉功能方面有独到之处。
Objective To explore the safe, accurate, effective and rapid performance of laryngeal minimally invasive thoracotomy and to preserve the features of throat structure integrity and phonetic function. Methods Tailored laryngeal suction knife was applied to 23 hospitalized patients with common diseases of the larynx. Under the surveillance of digital imaging system with supportive throat endoscope, the laryngeal focus was excised by using the power system to drive the laryngeal suction rotary knife to complete the laryngeal lesions Surgery, and electronic laryngoscopy before and after surgery to compare the results. Results The operation time was significantly shorter than that of the traditional method or laryngoscope. The operative field of vision was always clear and the cutting range was small and accurate. Follow-up of 23 cases, the laryngeal sounds recovered well or the pronunciation function was retained. Conclusions With the support of laryngoscope digital imaging system, the laryngeal suction biopsy technique is simple, safe and practical, and unique in the field of vocal surgery for preserving laryngeal function.
