目的探讨双源CT在烟雾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 39例烟雾病患者行双源CT成像检查,应用去骨和非去骨及多种重建技术。结果双源CT平扫可显示颅内出血及缺血改变。双源CT血管成像表现:①39例均可清楚显示颅内动脉的狭窄和/或闭塞;②34例可见明显烟雾状毛细血管网,5例烟雾状血管不明显;③合并情况:39例中6例伴有动脉瘤形成。结论双源CT的多种重建技术可以清楚显示烟雾病的脑血管改变特点,还可以直观显示病变的侧支循环的情况及周围空间结构关系,该检查方便、快捷、无创、清晰,能成为烟雾病诊断的主要影像学检查方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease. Methods Thirty-nine patients with moyamoya disease underwent double-source CT imaging, and applied deboning and non-deboning techniques and various reconstruction techniques. Results Dual-source CT scan can show intracranial hemorrhage and ischemic changes. The results of dual-source CT angiography showed that: (1) 39 cases showed stenosis and / or occlusion of intracranial artery clearly; (2) 34 cases showed obvious capillary network of smoke and 5 cases of smoke-like blood vessels were not obvious; (3) Accompanied by aneurysm formation. Conclusion The dual CT reconstruction techniques can clearly show the characteristics of moyamoya disease and the visualization of the collateral circulation and the spatial structure of the lesions. The examination is convenient, rapid, noninvasive and clear and can become smoke The main diagnostic imaging diagnosis of the disease.
