随着社会的进步,人们越来越关注教育中的每一个个体,注重教育质量的整体提高。由于种种原因,每个学校每个班级都有后进生,老师在管理班级时最关注的工作就是后进生的转化。因此,对后进生的研究,就成了教育学、心理学等研究领域极为关注的问题。
