中华人民共和国和匈牙利人民共和国,为规定和加强两国领事关系,以利于保护两国国家和两国国民的权益,促进两国友好合作关系的发展,决定缔结本条约,并为此目的各派全权代表如下:中华人民共和国特派国务委员兼外交部长吴学谦,匈牙利人民共和国特派外交部长瓦尔科尼·彼得博士。双方全权代表议定下列各条:
The People’s Republic of China and the Hungarian Peoples Republic of China, in order to stipulate and strengthen the consular relations between the two countries so as to facilitate the protection of the rights and interests of the two countries and their nationals and promote the development of the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries, decides to conclude the Treaty and, to this end, factions The plenipotentiaries are as follows: Wu Xueqian, State Councilor and Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China; and Dr. Walcini Peter, Special Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China.
