国内造纸行业中传统的淀粉糊的蒸煮工艺存在着能耗大、非连续性生产、自动化程度低等弊病。上海昂莱机电有限公司采用自主研制的蒸汽喷射加热器配以管道、阀门、阀门定位器、螺杆计量泵及PLC自动控制箱等,组成了淀粉在线蒸煮设备。此设备在专业工厂里集成,现已成功地在造纸行业中得到了运用。
The traditional starch paste cooking technology in domestic papermaking industry has the disadvantages of large energy consumption, non-continuous production and low degree of automation. Shanghai Angola Electrical and Mechanical Co., Ltd. using self-developed steam jet heater with pipes, valves, valve positioner, screw metering pumps and PLC automatic control box, composed of starch cooking equipment online. The equipment is integrated in a specialized factory and has been successfully used in the paper industry.
