建设工程项目投资决策阶段和设计阶段是影响工程造价最大的阶段,在建设项目做出投资决策后,控制造价的关键就集中在设计阶段,本文简要论述了如何运用现代管理理论做好设计阶段的造价控制。
Investment decision-making phase and design phase of a construction project are the stages that affect the maximum cost of the project.
