由Miller Electric公司生产的Traver Master SB—10D副波束焊机能实施可重复的优质焊接作业。它实现了直线焊接的自动化,并保证了精确的重复焊接,而且还可与Miller公司的自动化焊接控制器、送丝机构、焊枪及电源连接。 SB—10D焊机可用于惰性气体保护焊和埋弧焊,焊缝跟踪精度为±0.4mm,行进速度范围为0.13m/min至3.2m/min。它还适用于其它的线性焊接作业,如钨极弧焊和等离子切割。水冷和空气冷却的焊枪种类齐全,从300A至800A不等。
The Traver Master SB-10D sub-beam welding machine, manufactured by Miller Electric, enables repeatable, high-quality welding operations. It enables straight-line welding automation and guarantees accurate repeatable welding, but also with Miller’s automated welding controllers, wire feeders, welding guns and power supplies. SB-10D welder can be used for inert gas shielded arc welding and submerged arc welding with seam tracking accuracy of ± 0.4mm and travel speeds in the range of 0.13m / min to 3.2m / min. It is also suitable for other linear welding jobs, such as tungsten arc welding and plasma cutting. A wide range of water-cooled and air-cooled welding guns range from 300A to 800A.
