顾山镇是江苏省江阴市的一个历史名镇。这个只有2.6万人口、25平方公里面积的小镇,从1990年到1995年的5年中,工业产值由1.6亿增加到了20亿元,增长了12.5倍,工业固定资产由7000万元增加到了5.5亿元,增加近8倍;在江阴市30个乡镇经济综合考评中,由排列第25位上升到了第10位,今年可望再上进一二位。 顾山镇经济悄然崛起的原因何在?我们带着这一问题到顾山镇采访了党委书记李建新。从他的谈话中,我们深深地感到:近几年,顾山镇在调整经济结构、转变经济增长方式、提高经济整体素质方面,加大了落实力度,从而取得了较好的成绩。具体讲,较好地处理了以下5个关系:
