对于广泛应用于生产和科学研究的洛氏、布氏、维氏等各种硬度计,其工作原理均是采用一个压头,在一定的载荷作用下压入试件,以压入深度或单位压痕面积上所承受的载荷来表示硬度值。由此可知,压头的物理性能和几何精度、测量压痕尺寸用装置的精度及载荷的精度是硬度计示值准确性的三大因素。载荷是上述三大因素之一,具有十分重要的意义。本文主要论述载荷的精度对硬度试验准确性的影响和载荷误差的分析及载荷误差的调整。
