目的探讨电话随访式延续性护理对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自我护理行为的影响。方法 94例CHF出院患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各47例。干预组出院后实施电话随访式延续性护理,对照组给予常规的出院健康指导。观察并比较两组的干预效果。结果干预前、干预后3个月和干预后6个月,对照组改良的欧洲心力衰竭自我护理行为量表(EHFSCB-9)总分分别为(25.4±7.2)、(25.2±7.1)、(25.6±7.2)分,干预组分别为(25.8±7.3)、(20.9±5.9)、(16.1±4.3)分,两组患者干预前EHFSCB-9总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后3、6个月,干预组EHFSCB-9总分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话随访式延续性护理可提高CHF患者的自我护理能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up continuous nursing on self-care behaviors in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 94 discharged patients with CHF were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 47 cases in each. Intervention group after discharge telephone follow-up continuity of care, the control group given conventional discharge health guidance. Observe and compare the intervention effects of the two groups. Results Before intervention, 3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention, the scores of improved EHFSCB-9 in control group were (25.4 ± 7.2), (25.2 ± 7.1), ( 25.6 ± 7.2), and the intervention group were (25.8 ± 7.3), (20.9 ± 5.9) and (16.1 ± 4.3) points respectively. There was no significant difference in the total score of EHFSCB-9 between the two groups before intervention ). At 3 and 6 months after intervention, the total score of EHFSCB-9 in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Telephone follow-up continuous nursing can improve self-care ability of CHF patients.
