上睑内翻矮正手术,应有一名助手,但目前基层卫生院眼科医生配备少,作者为了克服没有助手的困难,将此手术用具作了点滴改进。单人操作百余例,未发现不良情况,报告如下。常规消毒,把牛角板或金属板的一端延长,或把一端用硷板腺囊肿镊子挟住,达到延长角板的作用。将其一端放入上穹窿部,将延长的另一端稍向下压,用血管钳固定在消毒巾上。这样上睑即被撑起,即能压迫止血,又能保护眼球,术者—人即可进行手术操作。
