跨文化管理是跨国企业解决文化冲突的有效手段,跨国企业可以通过发展文化尊重意识、全球本土化策略、建立融合性的企业文化等策略进行跨文化管理,实现其全球化经营战略。
Cross-cultural management is an effective measure for transnational corporations to solve cultural conflicts. Multinational corporations can implement cross-cultural management through strategies of cultural respect, global localization and establishment of integrated corporate culture so as to realize their global business strategy.
