目的:探讨复方鱼腥草颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染(上感)的疗效。方法:选择我院儿科收治的急性上呼吸道感染患儿132例,根据随机性原则将122例患儿平均分为治疗组与对照组,每组66例。两组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,对照组服用利巴韦林颗粒治疗,治疗组口服复方鱼腥草颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效痊愈率68.2%,明显高于对照组的47.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咽部充血、鼻塞流涕及淋巴细胞降低至正常的时间均短于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿上感症状采用复方鱼腥草颗粒治疗,收效较佳,患儿的临床症状均快速消失或改善。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Compound Houttuynia Granules on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods: A total of 132 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital were selected. According to the principle of randomness, 122 children were equally divided into treatment group and control group, with 66 cases in each group. Two groups of children on the basis of conventional treatment, the control group taking ribavirin particles treatment, the treatment group oral compound Houttuynia granules treatment. Results: The cure rate of TCM syndromes in treatment group was 68.2%, significantly higher than that in control group (47.0%, P <0.05). The treatment group fever, pharyngeal congestion, nasal congestion and lymphocytes decreased to normal time were shorter than the control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Compound Houttuynia Cordyceps Granules for treating upper respiratory tract infection in children is effective and the clinical symptoms of children are rapidly disappearing or improving.
