目的:研究马鞭草科紫珠属植物藤紫珠的化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,综合运用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱以及核磁共振光谱等现代波谱学方法和技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从藤紫珠甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:齐墩果酸(1)、2β,3β,19α-三羟基熊果酸(2)、木犀草素-7,4’-二甲醚(3)、木犀草素-3’,4’,7-三甲醚(4)、木犀草素-4’-甲醚(5)、次大风子素(6)、木犀草素(7)、lyoni-resinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-β-D-呋喃芹糖氧基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(10)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从藤紫珠中分离得到,其中,化合物3、4、6、8和10为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Vitex of Verbenaceae. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by the methods of modern spectroscopy, such as UV spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of methanolic extract of Vitex japonicus and identified as oleanolic acid (1), 2β, 3β, 19α-trihydroxy ursolic acid (2) Luteolin-3 ’, 4’, 7-Trimethyl ether (4), Luteolin-4’-Methyl Ether (6), luteolin (7), lyon-resinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol- → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9), and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (10). CONCLUSION: The above compounds were isolated from the vine vase for the first time. Among them, compounds 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 were isolated from the genus Violet genus for the first time.
