在铸造行业中,采用酚醛树脂作为泥芯粘结剂制成的壳芯,其各方面性能均优于用油砂及呋喃树脂砂制成的泥芯,所得到的铸件表而光洁度好,尺寸精度高。在成本上,尽管酚醛树脂砂的单价比较高,但由于制成的壳芯成品率高,做成中空的用砂量少,铸件废品率低,所以总的成本并不比油砂高。但制作酚醛树脂砂壳芯的设备较为复杂,使其在应用上受到一定影响。我厂为满足引进产品铸件要求,因陋就简,利用Z8612型射芯机试制并批
