杭州菜博物馆地处西湖疏浚淤泥库区内,十年以来建设场地内吹填了大量的西湖淤泥,尚未完成自然沉积固结过程,平均深度达15m以上,该土层含水量高达249.2%,泥炭含量28.5%,属于沼泽地范畴。为保证人员的安全和施工机械的进入,通过真空联合堆载预压方法对该场地进行了地基处理,并对处理过程中场地的地表沉降、土体水平位移、膜下真空度、孔隙水压力、地下水位以及排水预压出水量进行了监测。处理完成后进行了土体的物理力学室内试验、现场十字板剪切及静力触探试验。地基处理施工全过程各项数据的监测结果表明工程地基处理的效果良好,为桩基础施工、地下室开挖等奠定了良好的基础。
The Hangzhou Cuisine Museum is located in the West Lake dredged silt reservoir area. During the past ten years, a large amount of West Lake silt has been filled in the construction site. Natural sedimentation and consolidation processes have not yet been completed. The average depth reaches 15 m or above and the soil moisture content reaches as high as 249.2%. Peat Content of 28.5%, belonging to wetland areas. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and the entry of construction machinery, the foundation was treated by vacuum combined preloading method. The ground settlement, soil horizontal displacement, vacuum under the membrane, pore water pressure , Groundwater level and drainage pre-pressure water discharge were monitored. After the completion of the treatment of soil physical and mechanical laboratory tests, site cross plate shear and static probe test. The monitoring results of various data during the whole process of foundation treatment show that the effect of engineering foundation treatment is good, laying a good foundation for pile foundation construction and basement excavation.
