采煤机的运行状况在很大程度上影响着综采工作面效率。基于PCC控制的交流变频电牵引采煤机可以更好地满足现实需求。介绍了采煤机电气控制系统整体方案,从硬件及软件2方面对电牵引采煤机进行阐述。
The operating conditions of shearer affect the efficiency of fully mechanized mining face to a large extent. Based on PCC control of AC variable frequency electrical haulage shearer to better meet the actual needs. The overall scheme of electrical control system of shearer is introduced, and the electric traction shearer is expounded from the aspects of hardware and software.
