浅议文化在扶贫攻坚工作中的作用

扶贫是我国政府一直都相当重视的一项宏观发展政策,近些年我国的扶贫方式也在发生明显的变化,其最典型的便是从道义性的扶贫转变为了制度性的扶贫,并从救济性的扶贫转变为了开放式的扶贫,从扶持贫困地区转变为扶持贫困人口。新一轮的扶贫攻坚工作,必须从以往的重视物资、资金的投入转变为对人的文化引导,开展文化扶贫,从而推动扶贫区域的经济发展。

Poverty alleviation is a macro-development policy that the Chinese government has always attached great importance to. In recent years, there has also been a marked change in the way of alleviating poverty in our country. The most typical example is to shift from moral poverty alleviation to institutional poverty alleviation and from relief The transition from sexual poverty alleviation to open-ended poverty alleviation has shifted from supporting poor areas to supporting the poor. The new round of poverty alleviation and tackling hard work must shift from focusing on materials and funds in the past to guiding people’s culture and launching cultural poverty alleviation so as to promote the economic development in poverty-stricken areas.
