土地资源对人类是至关重要的。土地是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础,是社会生产的劳动资料,是农业生产的基本生产资料,是一切生产和一切存在的源泉,是不能出让的存在条件和再生产条件。没有土地,人类就不能生存,就像人需要空气、水、阳光一样。国民经济各行业的发展也离不开土地,充足的、优质的、合理分布的土地是顺利发展国民经济的必备条件之一。但是随着人口的增长,人类需求的增加,土地资源紧缺的状况也日益严重,所以应该对土地采取正确的管理制度,这样才能保护好我们赖以生存的土地。
Land resources are crucial to humankind. Land is the material basis for the survival and development of mankind. It is the labor data for social production, the basic means of production for agricultural production, the source for all production and all existence, and the conditions for existence and reproduction that can not be surrendered. Without land, mankind can not survive, just as man needs air, water and sunshine. The development of various industries in the national economy is also inseparable from the land. Adequate, high-quality and reasonably distributed land is one of the prerequisites for the smooth development of the national economy. However, with the increase of population, the increase of human needs and the shortage of land resources, the proper management system should be adopted for the land so as to protect the land on which we live.
