目的:测定6种食用花卉中7种微量元素含量及水提率。方法:食用花卉经酸消化处理,原子吸收和原子荧光分光光度计测定微量元素含量,计算一、二次水提率。结果:Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn含量为:勿忘我18.997、35.5403、6.4076、23.5964 mg/g;白玉兰15.8357、28.9971、11.6545、43.6134 mg/g;玫瑰花21.6958、63.3192、7.2519、25.768 mg/g;金莲花24.2054、35.1003、13.3395、19.2709 mg/g;千日红22.9192、57.8898、8.1793、16.2395 mg/g;金盏菊26.085、180.9045、18.5369、22.1642 mg/g。6种食用花卉中Cd、Pb、As含量低于国家标准,总水提率在50%左右。结论:6种食用花卉中均含丰富的Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn,Cd、Pb、As含量低于国家卫生标准,可为食用花卉开发利用提供依据。
Objective: To determine the content of seven trace elements and the water extraction rate of six edible flowers. Methods: The edible flowers were digested by acid, atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of trace elements, and the primary and secondary water extraction rates were calculated. Results: The contents of Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn were: 18.997,35.5403,6.4076,23.5964 mg / g, magnolia 15.8357,28.9971,11.6545,43.6134 mg / g, rose 21.6958,63.3192,7.2519,25.768 mg / g ; Trollius 24.2054,35.1003,13.3395,19.2709 mg / g; azurite 22.9192,57.8898,8.1793,16.2395 mg / g; Calendula officinalis 26.085,180.9045,18.5369,22.1642 mg / g. The content of Cd, Pb and As in 6 kinds of edible flowers is lower than the national standard, and the total water extraction rate is about 50%. CONCLUSION: The contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Cd, Pb and As, which are all abundant in the six kinds of edible flowers, are lower than the national health standards, which can provide basis for the development and utilization of edible flowers.
