患儿,男,2岁。因误服氯氮平8片(200mg)于10min后突然出现尖叫、流涎、抽搐,半小时后进入昏迷状态。频繁抽搐不止,伴呕吐,故转我院。既往无惊厥史。查体:T36.7℃,BP12/8kPa,浅昏迷状态,面红,躁动不安,肢体频繁强直性抽搐,双侧瞳孔散大,对光反应迟钝。呼吸45次/min,心率130～140次/min。四肢肌张力稍高,病理反射阴性。诊断氯氮平中毒。入院后立即给予洗胃、吸氧、输液、能量合剂、速尿及水合氯醛灌肠和鲁米那
