本文应用最大熵谱分析(MESA)法证明了静压轴承油腔压力与轴心位移两种信号是密切相关的,因此可直接利用油腔压力信号作为轴心位移误差补偿控制信号,从而可提高补偿控制系统性能。
In this paper, maximum entropy spectrum analysis (MESA) method is used to prove that hydrostatic bearing oil pressure and axial displacement are closely related to the two signals, so the oil pressure signal can be directly used as axial displacement error compensation control signal, which can improve Compensation control system performance.
