目的：为解决医院异构信息系统的集成问题，实现医院异构信息系统之间的无缝连接及信息共享，从整体上提高医院各项工作的效率和质量，并为同行提供一些技术参考。方法：采用面向服务的架构（SOA），基于HL7V3/DICOM标准和IHE技术框架，从应用级、流程级及数据级进行系统整合与优化，最终构建以临床科研数据中心为核心的医院数据集成平台。结果：实现了来自不同厂商和不同储存架构的HIS、LIS、PACS、RIS和NIS等系统的数据整合和信息交互。结论：有效地解决了各业务系统之间的信息共享不对称的现状，进一步促进了医疗信息化的发展，为将来实现住院电子病历和住院医护工作站的医护一体站打下坚实的基础。“,”Objectives: To solve the problem of hospital of heterogeneous information system integration, to realize the seamless connection between heterogeneous hospital information system and information sharing, as a whole to improve hospital efficiency and quality of the work, and provides some technical reference for colleagues.
