目的:观察新型GyneFix IN致美宫内节育器(IUD)的临床性能。方法:将450例健康经产妇女分为3组,分别于月经间期放置GyneFix IN150例(GyneFixIN组)、GuneFix IN致美150例(GyneFix IN致美组)及TCu380A节育器150例(TCu380A组),分别于放置后1、3、6及12个月随访,以生命表法统计三种IUD的效果。结果:GyneFix IN致美组使用1年无妊娠。脱落率及与IUD使用有关的终止率均低于GyneFix IN组及TCu380A组;而在月经周期的改变、月经量的改变、子宫淋漓出血方面亦低于GyneFix IN组及TCu380A组。结论:此种无支架、铜表面积大有固定系统加入吲哚美辛的GyneFix IN致美IUD具有低脱落率、疼痛轻、出血及副反应少的特点,有推广前景。
Objective: To observe the clinical performance of the new GyneFix IN IUD. Methods: 450 healthy pregnant women were divided into 3 groups: GyneFix IN 150 cases (GyneFixIN group), GuneFix IN 150 cases (GyneFix IN) and 150 cases TCu380A IUD (TCu380A group) Respectively at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after placement, the effects of three kinds of IUDs were measured by the life table method. RESULTS: GyneFix IN was used in the United States for 1 year without pregnancy. The rate of shedding and the termination rate associated with the use of IUD were lower than those of the GyneFix IN and TCu380A groups, but also lower than those of the GyneFix IN and TCu380A groups in terms of changes in the menstrual cycle, changes in menstruation, and uterine bleeding. CONCLUSION: GyneFix IN, a kind of GyneFix IN with no fixation and large surface area of copper, has the characteristics of low shedding rate, light pain, less bleeding and fewer side effects, and has the promotion prospect.
