通过对水轮机泥沙磨损机理和磨损条件的分析 ,提出了改善水轮机磨损条件的措施 ,在二元理论基础上 ,对含沙河流中混流式转轮叶片设计方法进行了研究。采用稳定可靠的数值计算方法 ,进行了转轮流场计算、叶片数值积分、叶片加厚等工作。对初步设计的转轮进行了效率和磨损预测。开发了一套实用的含沙河流中混流式转轮叶片水力设计计算机辅助设计系统 ,并给出了一个运用该软件的设计实例。
Based on the duality theory, the design method of Francis runner blades in sandy river was studied based on the analysis of wear mechanism and wear condition of sediment in hydraulic turbine. A stable and reliable numerical calculation method was used to calculate the rotor flow field, the numerical integration of the blade and the thickening of the blade. The initial design of the runner efficiency and wear prediction. A set of practical computer aided design system of hydraulic design for Francis runner blade in sandy river was developed and an example of the design was given.
