内外结合优势互补成绩斐然我们沈阳市公安局沈河分局滨河探组的责任区位于沈阳市的中心城区,北邻繁华的中街商业区,南接闻名全国的五爱批发市场,常住人口和暂住人口共有5万余人,管内小饭店100余家,娱乐场所50余家,集贸市场3处,典当旧物场所7家,治安状况较为复杂。客观上要求我们做好阵地控制工作。以往治安部门和刑侦部门都从不同角度对这些场所进行治安管理或阵地控制,然而各部门之间相互脱节,互不通气,不利于犯罪线索的发现,起不到真正的控制作用。改革以后,我们针对管内的实际情况,探组侦查员同派出所外勤民警共同对管内复杂场所开展控制管理,使侦查员有机会深入这些场所摸清情
