如何贯彻落实军委江主席关于“思想政治教育一定要增强针对性”的重要指示,是各级政工干部正着力解决的一个老大难问题。目前,还有一些理论和实践问题亟待解决,如增强针对性的准确含义是什么,增强针对性从哪里入手才具有操作性,如何衡量针对性的强弱等。对这些问题,不少政工干部感到较难把握,有的把增强针对性当成笼统的口号,有的则看成抓官兵的问题,也有的单纯理解为教育手段的改进等等。
How to implement Chairman Jiang’s instructions on “ideological and political education must be more targeted” is an arduous problem that political cadres at all levels are trying to solve. At present, there are still some theoretical and practical issues to be solved urgently, such as enhancing the precise meaning of targeted what is to enhance the pertinence where to start with operability, how to measure the specific strength and so on. Many of these cadres feel more difficult to grasp on these issues. Some of them regard enhancing pertinence as a general slogan, while others regard it as a problem of grasping officers and soldiers. Some simply understand that improvement of educational means and so on.
