工会经费是工会组织开展工作与活动的物质保证。2013年9月,远安县总工会纳入宜昌市总工会基层工会经费集中核算试点县以来,认真学习借鉴襄阳市襄州区基层工会经费集中核算工作经验,结合实际,进行了大胆探索和实践。基层工会经费集中核算服务中心于2014年6月9日正式运行,截至2014年底,已签订代管协议90%以上,集中代管资金160万余元,通过实行集中核算,促进了基层工会经费拨缴,壮大了基层工会实力,激发了基层工会活力,促进了基层工会工作。一、探索与实践我们的指导思想是:贯彻执行《工会法》、《会计
