劳伦斯是一位始终以全知角度创作小说的作家。他的短篇小说《弦外之音》无疑也是一篇独白型的作品。但声音对此小说的构成却举足轻重。本文拟以巴赫金的理论和劳氏本人的思想,来分析融合在故事构架中主题驱使下神话式的理想主义元素,以及超出作者独白意识但仍在其文学创作理念和艺术道德中的他的自然主义手法,并以此来揭示小说的独白性和微弱的对话因素,即在独白意识主宰下的人物的声音中成5度和8度关系上的自然泛音。
Lawrence is a writer who always creates novels with all-knowing perspective. His short story “Voice of the Strings” is undoubtedly a monologue. But the composition of the novel is of decisive importance. Based on Bakhtin ’s theory and Lloyd’ s own thoughts, this article analyzes the mythical elements of idealism that are integrated in the story structure and his ideas beyond the author ’s monologue but still in his literary creation and artistic morality Naturalistic approach to reveal the soliloquy of the novel and weak dialogue elements, that is, natural overtones in the relationship between 5 degrees and 8 degrees in the voice of the character under the monologue consciousness.
