可靠性是设计连接器弹性触点和接线终端的重要前提。对可靠性设计来说,结构设计应能精确地预测初接触压力。与此同时,还必须通晓影响接触电阻和应力松弛的诸因素。改进了的技术能保证所设计的接触压力是足够高的,且具有供设计时合理选择材料与极小接触电阻的涂复方法。此外,应力松弛的大量数据如今能迅速地获得。但仅仅具有抗应力松弛的资料还是不够的,设计时还应了解影响应力松弛的诸变量,并能正确使用已有的数据。
Reliability is an important prerequisite for designing flexible contacts and terminal fittings for connectors. For reliability design, the structural design should be able to accurately predict the initial contact pressure. At the same time, you must be familiar with the factors that affect the contact resistance and stress relaxation. The improved technology ensures that the designed contact pressure is high enough and has a coating method that provides a reasonable choice of materials and minimum contact resistance at design time. In addition, a large amount of data on stress relaxation is nowadays available quickly. However, it is not enough just to have information on the resistance to stress relaxation. Designers should also be aware of the variables that affect stress relaxation and the correct use of available data.
