使用三种强化器,在矩形通道内进行受迫对流实验。整个实验是在ReD=2.2×103~6.25×103范围内进行的。根据每种强化器的实验数据,关联出相应的经验公式NuD=cReFm,对各种强化器的强化特性进行了研究;并利用强化比NuD/NuD。对三种强化器的强化效果进行比较,实验结果表明:深齿强化器优于浅齿,浅齿优于孔板强化器。
Three intensifiers were used to conduct forced convection experiments in rectangular channels. The whole experiment was carried out in the range of ReD = 2.2 × 103 ~ 6.25 × 103. According to the experimental data of each intensifier, the corresponding empiric formula NuD = cReFm is correlated, and the strengthening characteristics of various intensifiers are studied; and the strengthening ratio NuD / NuD is used. The strengthening effect of the three intensifiers is compared. The experimental results show that the deep tooth enhancer is better than the shallow tooth and the shallow tooth is better than the orifice intensifier.
