我市大白菜栽培面积每年平均在6,000亩以上。经长期调查总结,我们认为大白菜的整个生长期对气象因素的反应极为敏感。虽能高产,却难以年年稳产。如1981年气候变化异常,阴天日数多,日照时数少,温度也不正常,大白菜一般减产20—30%。一、气温对大白菜栽培的影响(一)发芽期:一般在20一25℃发芽快而健壮;26—30℃发芽迅速,但幼苗瘦弱。(二)幼苗期:适宜温度为22—25℃。也能适应26—30℃的高
