当前世界能源短缺问题严峻,然而我国又是一个能源消耗大国,由于我国能源利用率低,因此人均能源和资源相对贫乏不到世界人均水平的一半。此外我国单位建筑面积能耗相当于发达国家的2~3倍,而其中建筑电气项目消耗的能源在建筑项目中占有很高的比例,由此可见电气技术在节能建筑中的发展前景很广阔。为了降低建设电气设备的能耗,在建设设计过程中应遵循效益原则、适用性原则和节能原则,除此之外相关设计工作人员还应完善建筑电气的设计,从而使建筑电气项目向着节约型、节能化的方向发展。本文探讨了电气技术在节能建筑中的应用,并结合实例提出一些建议。
In the current world, energy shortage is a serious problem. However, our country is also a large energy consumer. Due to the low energy efficiency in our country, per capita energy and resources are relatively less than half of the world average. In addition, China’s energy consumption per unit of building area is equivalent to 2 to 3 times that of the developed countries, and the energy consumed by the construction electrical projects occupies a high proportion in the construction projects. Therefore, the development prospect of electrical technology in energy-saving buildings is very broad. This article discusses the application of electrical technology in energy-saving buildings, and puts forward some suggestions based on examples.
