为了进一步探讨国际技术转移对我国东、中、西部经济区域技术进步的影响,利用DEAMalmquist指数测量我国技术进步水平,选取2002~2012年我国31个省的面板数据,建立四个模型,运用面板数据模型进行回归,结果显示:随着控制变量的逐步加入,国际技术转移的三种方式对东、中、西部地区的技术进步的影响出现一定的差异性;在加入人力资本、基础设施、劳动力成本和政府干预4个控制变量之后,通过对模型四的检验,发现人力资本水平的提升、基础设施水平的完善,提高了技术吸收转化的能力,可以有效地促进技术的进步,但是劳动力水平的提升和政府干预则阻碍了技术的进步。
In order to further explore the impact of international technology transfer on the technological progress in the eastern, central and western regions of China, we use the DEAMalmquist index to measure the level of technological progress in our country.
