中职学校是培养面向生产、服务和管理一线技能型人才的摇篮,其实训教学又是把理论知识应用于生产实践的过程,承担着把学生培养成高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才的重任。培养职业能力是实训教学的核心,培养岗位能力是实训教学的重点。从提高实训教师的基本素质、拓宽技能实训教学的空间和工艺理论与实训巧妙衔接三方面入手,探讨了提高中职电子电工实训教学效率的策略。
Secondary vocational schools are the cradle of cultivating front-line skilled talents for production, service and management. In fact, teaching and learning is the process of applying theoretical knowledge to production practice and undertakes the cultivation of students into high-quality laborers and skilled personnel Heavy responsibility. Cultivating professional ability is the core of practical training teaching. Training the post ability is the focus of practical training teaching. From the aspects of improving the basic qualities of practicing teachers and broadening the space of practical skills teaching and ingenious linking between technology theory and practical training, the strategies to improve the teaching efficiency of electronic and electrical engineering in secondary vocational schools are discussed.
