目的:研究双极板射频电容热疗时升温与双极板距离、加热时间的关系及腹部不同部位的升温情况。材料和方法:使用双极板直径为13cm的RF-2000射频透热治疗仪,双极板距离分为三组(28、30、32cm)。18只犬取右侧卧位,上腹部置于双极板之间,平均分三组,经历不同极板距离3h的热疗,使用热电偶测量1、2、3h时肝、脾、肾及腹腔的温度。结果:在极板距离28cm时,各个测量部位所达温度相似(p>0.05)。1、2、3h分别从基础温度38.2~39.0℃上升到40.5~41.3℃、42.2~43.0℃及42.7~43.8℃。极板距离为30、32cm时,1、2、3h各部位温度与距离28cm时相似(p>0.05)。三种设定极板距离情况下,各腹部测量部位的温度均表现出随着时间的延长而升高。结论:经过2h(及更长时间)的热疗,受热部位均可以达到较高的温度( ≤ 42℃)。极板距离在28到32cm之间变化时,腹部各测量部位所达温度相似。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between bipolar plate temperature and bipolar plate temperature and heating time and the temperature rise in different parts of the abdomen in the bipolar plate radiofrequency thermotherapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Using a bipolar plate RF-2000 RF diathermy 13 cm in diameter, the bipolar plates were separated into three groups (28, 30, 32 cm). Twenty-eight dogs received the right lateral decubitus position. The upper abdomen was placed between the bipolar plates. The rats were equally divided into three groups and subjected to hyperthermia for 3 hours with different plates. The thermocouples were used to measure the liver, spleen and kidney Abdominal temperature. Results: The temperature at each measurement site was similar at a distance of 28 cm (p> 0.05). 1, 2, 3h respectively increased from the base temperature of 38.2 ~ 39.0 ℃ to 40.5 ~ 41.3 ℃, 42.2 ~ 43.0 ℃ and 42.7 ~ 43.8 ℃. When the distance between plates was 30 and 32 cm, the temperature of each part in 1, 2 and 3 hours was similar to that at 28 cm (p> 0.05). With the three settings of the plate distance, the temperature of each abdominal measurement site showed an increase with time. Conclusion: After 2h (and longer) hyperthermia, the heated site can reach a higher temperature (≤ 42 ℃). When the plate distance varies from 28 to 32 cm, the temperature at each measuring point in the abdomen is similar.
