我国社会主义市场经济体制确立之后,不仅引起经济和社会领域的变化,而且使党的建设面临着新形势、新情况、新问题。社会主义市场经济体制的建立,为党的建设注入了新的生机和活力,同时也对党的建设提出了更高的要求。如何使高校党的建设适应市场经济体制和高校改革上与发展上的需要,这个问题值得研究和探索。
After the establishment of the socialist market economic system in our country, not only economic and social changes have taken place, but also the party’s building faces new situations, new circumstances and new problems. The establishment of a socialist market economic system has injected new vigor and vitality into the building of the party and at the same time put forward even higher demands on the party’s construction.
