对近10年来收治的20例仅两性畸形进行临床分析，旨在提高对该类疾病的认识，并结合文献讨论其诊断及治疗。雄激素不敏感综合征为最常见的男性假两性畸形12例；先天性肾上腺皮质增生症是导致女性假两性畸形的最常见类型，7例；单纯性XY性腺发育不全1例。
The clinical analysis of 20 cases of hermaphroditism admitted in the recent 10 years aims to raise awareness of these diseases and to discuss their diagnosis and treatment based on the literature. Androgen insensitivity syndrome is the most common male pseudohermaphroditism in 12 cases; congenital adrenal hyperplasia is the most common type of female pseudohermaphroditism, 7 cases; 1 case of simple XY gonadal dysgenesis.
