目的:探讨高血压病24 h昼夜血压波动规律,评价动态血压监测对高血压病的诊断价值。方法:采用MO-BIL2GRAPH型动态血压监测仪监测24 h血压,按时间段统计峰值血压检出概率。结果:男性收缩压在上、下午和傍晚检出概率接近,而舒张压以下午检出概率最高,夜间收缩压、舒张压峰值检出概率接近。女性收缩压以上、下午最高,舒张压以下午最高,夜间收缩压、舒张压峰值检出概率差别不大。结论:不论男女,在上、下午检测最高收缩压值接近,舒张压均以下午为最高。
Objective: To investigate the circadian blood pressure fluctuations in patients with essential hypertension for 24 hours and to evaluate the diagnostic value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: The blood pressure was monitored by MO-BIL2GRAPH ambulatory blood pressure monitor for 24 h, and the peak blood pressure was detected by time. Results: Men’s systolic blood pressure in the morning, afternoon and evening detection probability close to, and the diastolic blood pressure in the afternoon to detect the highest probability of night systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure peak probabilities close to. Female systolic blood pressure above the highest in the afternoon, diastolic blood pressure in the afternoon the highest night systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure peak detection probability difference is not large. Conclusion: Both men and women, in the morning and afternoon, the highest systolic blood pressure test value close to diastolic blood pressure in the afternoon were the highest.
