近年来,浙江省的工业经济处在不断发展和结构调整升级当中,并对从业者特别是大学毕业生的就业产生了影响。分行业的工业就业弹性表明,资本技术密集型行业对大学毕业生的就业吸纳能力比较强。利用就业率与毕业生的环比指数,对大学生就业与工业结构调整进行相关性分析,发现浙江省在高校人才培养结构上与工业部门的人才需求出现了背离,但工业经济的总体发展能够对大学毕业生的就业率产生影响。
In recent years, the industrial economy in Zhejiang Province has undergone continuous development and structural adjustment and upgrading, and has affected the employment of practitioners, especially university graduates. The elasticity of industrial employment in sub-sectors shows that capital-technology-intensive industries have a strong employment absorption capacity for college graduates. By using the employment rate and the ring index of graduates, this paper analyzes the correlation between college graduates’ employment and industrial structure adjustment, and finds that there is a departure from the talent demand in the industrial sector in Zhejiang Province. However, the overall development of industrial economy can be applied to universities The employment rate of graduates has an impact.
