目的对神经内科重症患者置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后出现的问题和制定的相应的护理对策进行分析研究。方法将本院在2015-2016年本科重症监护室的留置PICC的患者共计50例作为研究资料。对于神经内科重症患者疾病的特殊性和容易出现的相应问题进行分析,分析出原因并总结出相应的对策。结果因为神经内科的重症患者具有特殊性,在对患者进行PICC置管后的管理与维护是会产生一定的影响的,通过对我们的工作经验进行总结,找出问题所在并制定应对策略,患者的并发症发生率大大的降低了。结论对神经内科重症患者置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后出现的问题进行关注,并制定相应的护理对策,取得了显著的效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the problems that occur after the central venous catheter (PICC) in patients with severe neurology and the corresponding nursing strategies. Methods A total of 50 patients with PICC in our intensive care unit from 2015 to 2016 in our hospital were included in the study. For neurological patients with severe diseases and the particularity of the corresponding problems prone to analyze, analyze the causes and summed up the corresponding countermeasures. Results Because of the particularity of severe patients in neurology, the management and maintenance of patients after PICC catheterization will have an impact.
