社会资源中最关键的资源是人力资源,同时人力资源分配是否合理对企业的发展有着重大的影响。人力资源管理中最重要的管理就是如何使人力资源的分配达到最优化,以实现既定的目标。人力资源合理分配这个问题不仅是各国专家在积极研究,也是社会经济学所关注的问题。海外人力资源合理配置的目的是在社会经济发展的情况下,通过对人的自主意识进行控制,及发挥人本身的潜力,使之成为一种社会生产力,并充分合理的运用好社会生产力中相关的体力、智力、创造力等因素,结合外在的生产资料,充分发挥生产力,给社会创造最大的经济效益。为了对海外人力资源合理分配的方法进行探讨,本文首先简要的讲述了人力资源分配的原则与影响人力资源分配的因素,提出的合理的分配方法。
The most critical resource in social resources is human resources, while the rational allocation of human resources has a significant impact on the development of enterprises. The most important management in human resources management is how to optimize the distribution of human resources in order to achieve the stated goal. The rational distribution of human resources is not only an active study by experts from all countries, but also a concern of socio-economics. The rationale for the rational allocation of overseas human resources is to control the autonomy of the people under the conditions of social and economic development and to exert the potentials of the people themselves to make them a kind of social productive forces and to make full and reasonable use of the correlations in the social productive forces Physical strength, intelligence, creativity and other factors, combined with external means of production, give full play to productivity, to create the greatest social benefits. In order to discuss the method of rational distribution of overseas human resources, this paper first briefly describes the principle of human resource allocation and the factors that affect the distribution of human resources, and puts forward a reasonable distribution method.
