中餐宴会摆台技能是中职旅游(酒店)专业学生必须掌握的核心专业技能,也是国家、省市技能大赛重要的比赛项目。本文从中职学生实际出发,结合行业需求,对项目教学法在中餐宴会摆台技能中的运用进行了研究。
Chinese banquet table setting skills are secondary vocational tourism (hotel) students must master the core professional skills, but also national, provincial and municipal skills competition important competitions. Based on the actual situation of vocational students and combining with the needs of the industry, this paper studies the application of the project pedagogy in the skill setting of Chinese banquet.
