1986年以来,我们反复试行塑料袋不封口消毒搞单菇生产,取得良好效果。与常规封口消毒比较,表现出以下几方面的优点:①减少消毒前封口的工序,节省了劳力和时间。②缩短消毒时间,节约了燃煤。达到100℃以上只需维持4小时。③增强灭菌效果,感杂率降到0.5％以下。我们通过不同季节以及在学校附近其它生产单位和种菇专业户验证,得出了同样的结论。针对塑料袋不封口消毒的特点,从拌料到接种的各个环节中应注意下述问题:①用0.1％的多菌灵或托布津和1％的石灰水拌料,将培养料的酸碱度调节在
