经过30余年的改革历程,中国公司治理改革取得了重大进展,已经进入到从行政型治理向经济型治理转型的相持阶段。仔细审视公司治理改革的诸多攻坚难点,多受制于政府治理和社会治理改革的滞后。因而,要破解当前的难题,不能仅就公司治理改革而谈治理改革,还需急迫推动政府治理、社会组织治理等相关配套治理改革,以防止公司治理改革和转型的停滞或倒退。从中国治理改革的时间序列看,公司治理改革是先行者。中国改革的路径,即依次建立
After more than 30 years of reform, great progress has been made in the reform of corporate governance in China and it has entered a stalemate phase of transition from an administrative type to an economic type. A careful examination of the many difficult problems of corporate governance reform is limited by the lag of government governance and social governance reform. Therefore, to solve the current problems, we should not just talk about governance reform in respect of corporate governance reform, but also urgently promote related governance reform such as government governance and social organization governance so as to prevent the reform or restructuring of corporate governance from stagnating or regressing.
