目的:评价硝酸银软膏与复方枫叶烧伤油联用对放射性皮炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年11月—2014年5月间诊治的经放疗后发生放射性皮炎患者60例作为本次研究对象,将其随机分为2组,即实验组患者给予硝酸银软膏与复方枫叶烧伤油治疗,对照组患者给予单用复方枫叶烧伤油治疗,评价2组患者皮炎治疗的有效率及愈合时间。结果:实验组患者Ⅱ级及以上的放射性皮炎创面愈合时间、治疗有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸银软膏与复方桐叶烧伤油联用对放射性皮炎患者临床治疗的总有效率高,愈合时间短。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of silver nitrate ointment in combination with compound maple leaf burn oil on patients with radiation dermatitis. Methods: Sixty patients with radiodermatitis after radiotherapy between November 2013 and May 2014 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group were treated with silver nitrate ointment and Compound Maple Leaf Burn Oil treatment, the control group of patients given single compound Maple Leaf burn oil treatment, evaluation of two groups of patients with dermatitis treatment efficiency and healing time. Results: Radiation dermatitis grade Ⅱ and above in the experimental group was significantly faster than the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of silver nitrate ointment and compound Tongye burn oil has the highest total effective rate and short healing time in clinical treatment of patients with radiation dermatitis.
